Precor S3.23 Functional Trainer Review

I bought this system to help recover after a serious accident left me with decreased strength and range of motion in my arms. It does that and much more.

One thing that sold me on the unit was its size. Be sure to check the room you want to put it in, because it is tall. Other than that, it’s compact and stays out of the way. It’s easy to move the weights so that more than one person can use them or for different focus.

This is a great system for me. I’m very happy with it.
